For years I have been embarrassed by my big feet.  When I was in the second grade, I wore a woman's size 6!  Now, I'm 5'9 and wear a size 11 and my feet seem to keep growing ever so slightly which is a huge difference when you're at the negative end of the spectrum.   To add to this drama, my arch (which is flatter than it should be, but not completely), heels, and bunion have started giving me more noticeable discomfort and high heels are almost completely out of the question.  I'm only 30, yet I'm starting to wear "granny shoes" because they're more comfortable and that's all that I can find in my size, most of the time. 

I was wondering, is it possible to shorten all ten toes, correct my bunion, and do something about this arch?  If so, are you able to give a ballpark figure of what this might cost?  I live in the DC area, so I wouldn't be able to come in for a consultation very easily.
