Antem blue cross states that they don’t cover flat feet precedures does this mean your flat foot correction inplant also? I have a five year old that really needs this done.

Im very intersted in having Aesthetic Toe lenghtning on both my two toes on both of my feet. Ive heard that Health insurance is most likely not to pay for this because its more of cosmetic surgery.
